Joanne was united in marriage to Alivn Rost on Sept 16 1955, and lived near Westport where Alvin farmed in partnership with his brother until 1988. She graduated from Villard High School in 1954. Joanne grew up in Marshall MN until her family moved to a farm near Westport MN in 1950. She was baptized on Oct 11th 1936 and confirmed in the Christian faith in the spring of 1949. She is the daughter of Ezra and Evelyn Holley Wild. Joanne Darlene (Wild) Rost was born on August 13th 1936 in Lyon County, Marshall MN. Inurnment will be in West Lake Amelia Cemetery in rural Villard. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. on Wednesday, May 4 th at Calvary Lutheran Church in Glenwood. A Memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Joanne Rost, age 79 of Glenwood, died Saturday, Apat her home.
